What are the business office hours?
We are in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If we are not available, leave message and someone will get back with you within the next business day.

How often do I get a bill?
Every month the bills are mailed on the 5th.
Can I turn my water on and off?
Only Lybrook MDWCA approved designee’s is allowed inside the Water Meter Box. Some properties have a Curb Stop for Emergency Shut Offs.
Where do I learn more about the quality of our water?
NM DRINKING WATER BUREAUThere is a website call the New Mexico Drinking Water Bureau. The website has a complete history of Lybrook MDWCA’s water testing and results.
Who oversees Lybrook MDWCA?
MEET THE BOARDThe Lybrook MDWCA is governed by the Board of Directors. There are 5 members of the Board. All members of the Association vote on the Board members. Positions on the Board are voted on every 4 years. Each Board member serves a 4-year term. The board consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, 2 Board members.
Who manages the Water System?
The water system’s daily operations are run by an Office Manager and Office Assistant.
Does Lybrook MDWCA have any plans to improve the water system?
New Radio Read Meters were installed starting in March 2020. These meters assist in identifying system leaks at the source. These meters were funded through a grant from the New Mexico Capital Outlay Process. Water line upgrades are in progress on the west side of Lybrook, NM. We are in the planning process of upgrading with Souder Miller Associates (SMA), six miles of water line from Lybrook, NM to Counselor, NM.
